99qq Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 99qq platform and all its services. 99qq is an online gaming platform that provides slots, cricket betting, live casino, and various card game services for players in Bangladesh.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on our platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms must be read together with 99qq's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use services on 99qq, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You may only have one account in your name.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must operate the account personally and in your own interest — not on behalf of any third party.
• After account creation, 99qq may at any time request the necessary documents for identity verification.

If one person operates multiple accounts, it will be considered abuse of the bonus program and 99qq reserves the right to cancel all associated accounts.

3 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Never share this information with anyone else.

• You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, contact us immediately at [email protected].
• Change your password regularly and avoid easily guessable passwords.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

99qq will not be liable for any loss resulting from the sharing of account credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 99qq are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support only the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service
• Nagad — Mobile financial service operated by the Postal Department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
• Upay — UCB Bank's digital payment platform

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Additional time may be required to verify withdrawal requests.
• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if outstanding wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

99qq offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms. Please read the applicable terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement:

• You must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

If bonus abuse, manipulation, or rule violations are detected, 99qq reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on 99qq:

• Each game has its own rules; read them before starting a game.
• If a transaction is not completed due to a technical error, it may be considered void.
• 99qq reserves the right to cancel winnings obtained as a result of a system error or malfunction.
• A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, which is impartial and fair.
• For sports betting, the declared result will be considered final.

If a dispute arises regarding any game result, 99qq's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99qq:

• Operating an account with a false identity or false information.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other advantages.
• Operating another player's account or permitting someone else to operate yours.
• Using software, bots, or automation to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Engaging in abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.

For any of the above violations, 99qq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and freeze the associated funds.
